Kham Vorapheth is an economic adviser to the Lao PDR Embassy in France. He was formerly a senior executive at Schneider Electric and managing partner in Stratorg a consulting firm with a particular focus on business strategy development, enterprise restructuration, and investments. He has published extensively on these topics, and author of several books on Laos, including: Contemporary Laos; Laos’ path towards the ASEAN Economic Community; Regards sur la transformation du Laos: governance politique et économique. He is a graduate engineer and holds a PhD in History from the Université Paris-Diderot.
