Biographie
Elhadj Malick SOUMARE, is a PhD Engineer in Civil Engineering. He is currently working as a Global Lead Procurement Specialist at the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) based in Jeddah . He has also been teaching since 2006 as a part-time professor in the engineering curriculum at the Department of Civil Engineering of the Higher Polytechnic School of Senegal and at the International University of Dakar in Master II studies.
